Past Event: Discover Your Feminine Genius - 11.20.2021

My friend Lauren and I were so grateful to host over 70 women for a prayer-filled, relaxing, and dynamic morning celebrating femininity and connection with each other. We were inspired by special guest speaker Meghan Cokely who shared the Catholic church’s teaching about the “feminine genius” from St. Pope John Paul II’s Letter to Women. We learned about the importance of women being open to receptivity, letting others be the other (seeing and accepting them as they are and as God designed them to be!), and how important it is that we must first be a daughter of God and allow ourselves to be loved. Our relationship with Christ is the cornerstone to our lives and our femininity. It was a powerful message that we all needed to hear in a world that can send confusing messages about what it really means to be a woman and embrace our divine femininity.

We were so grateful for the outpouring of support, enthusiasm and reception. We look forward to our next women’s ministry event planned for Spring 2022. Stay tuned!
