It all started with an invitation from a friend to get out for an evening. That night my life changed for the better. Forever.

As a health and wellness professional, it made perfect sense when my friend kidnapped me that cold February night. She recognized that I was stressed from the many demands on my life at the time She was right. I had no idea what would happen that evening, but I was so happy to be out. I went to hang out with some incredibly thoughtful and strong women that night. I remember I smelled lavender for the first time in years and in seconds my stress leveled out. At the time, my mom was getting sicker and I knew that she would benefit from lavender as well. That night, I said yes to supplementing my life with the best-in-class oils that Young Living was offering. They owned their farms, their standards around science and sourcing meant everything, and I know it was going to be the new supportive part of our life that we needed. It ended up providing much needed support to both my mom and my mother-in-law in their most challenging health moments until they both passed away.

To this day, these precious plant oils have changed our lives. We have switched to clean living, supplementing our lives with essential oils and high quality supplements, and personal care products and cosmetics that are toxin-free and luxurious. I can’t imagine my life without them, which is why I chose to share them with others in case it would positively support their health and wellness dreams and goals. I chose to start a side business distributing Young Living products to support others in their journey toward living their best life. It just made sense.

As a professional health and wellness advocate and coach, my coaching practice and Young Living business are separate. My clients are not required in any way to purchase oils from Young Living to be one of my clients. I am honored to help women with exactly where they are in their health and wellness journey. While the products that Young Living farms, harvests, produces and distributes are the right choice for my family and me, and my clients are more than welcome to ask me about the company or their products outside of our private sessions together, there is no expectation to purchase or use the company’s products at any time for us to work together.
